Many times I hear that eating gluten free is so difficult because all of the food tastes bad. My wife and I have been eating GF for over 2 yrs now and have figured out ways (with help from the internet) to make food at home that tastes great! Yes, it requires cooking and prep, but it saves some money and its better for you! We don’t ever use Xantham or guar gum, we use chia/flax water mixture or find a recipe to tweak that doesn’t have it. Not that its all that bad for you (per say) but it doesn’t have a good mouth feel. Below are some images of the foods we made and enjoy!
