Banana Spice Cookies- Gluten/Grain/Dairy/Egg Free

These cookies are pretty good! Almond and coconut make up the base with coconut oil and some sweetener.  Simple, easy, and a light tasty treat.  I added some agave, too, but it may not need it.  Very easy to tweak and change to your liking.  This recipe was from Healy Real Food Vegetarian.  Enjoy!

“Banana Spice Cookies:

1 cup almond flour
3 tbsp coconut flour
3 tsp all spice
1/2 tsp salt
1 ripe banana
4 drops stevia
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 tsp raw honey

about 1/4 cup shredded coconut

1. Combine ingredients in a food processor or with a mixer.

2. Form dough into cookie shaped balls (May need to push down flat). If you want to you can roll the dough balls in shredded coconut or place a walnut on top for a little extra garnish. Place on a cookie sheet with parchment paper or a silpat (love my silpat by the way, it makes baking so easy!)

3. Bake at 350° for about 10 minutes. Let cool before eating.”
