Health Benefits Of Tea

I love tea.  Now I don’t mean the black, green, and white tea.  I do like them too, but pretty much every dried herb an be made into a tea or infusion (tea + 15 min steep time= infusion) and they do offer nutrients to the body not just flavors.  Nervine teas can be made from chamomile, Valerian root, lavender, hops, skullcap, or a mixture of them all.  They will help the body relax and prepare for sleep.  Below is a great article from Body Unburdened about teas.
